We offer access to freemium applications – you get two weeks of full access for free, without providing any payment details. To continue using it after this period, you must purchase a subscription.
You can subscribe in the Subscription tab in the application. The fee is charged immediately for the future period. The next payment for the next period will be collected on the last day of the period.
Payment has failed
If the payment is unsuccessful, you have 72 hours to re-pay. An appropriate button will appear in the Subscription tab and you will receive an e-mail notification. At the same time, we will automatically try to repeat the payment after 24 hours and 72 hours if there is still a problem.
After this time, you will have to go through the entire purchase process again. You can contact us at any time in the application in the Inquiries tab or by e-mail: email@example.com.
You can cancel your subscription at any time without losing access until the end of the current billing period.
