Training paths for the disciplines of MTB, Road, Gravel are divided into three main periods:
- the preparatory period for the season starting from week 45 or 46, this period lasts about 20 weeks,
- the start-up period that follows the preparatory period, the duration is 26 weeks,
- a de-training period which lasts approximately 6 weeks.
The CX lanes start from week 34 of the year. CX lanes are not divided into periods. The duration of the paths is 20 weeks.
